initial assessments end with a proposal

Staging Services
include a consultation, walk-through, before/after
photographs and a written proposal/report.
Redesign
Services
include a consultation, walk-through, before/after
photographs and a written proposal/report.
Half-Day
Home Staging
is great
for homes that just need fine-tuning and are less than 2000
square feet. Full-Day Home Staging is the same
service but for larger homes or ones that have more
furnishings.
*New
Listing or Open House Weekend
is
offered for those homes new to the market or in preparation
for an Open House. This is a service geared toward the Real
Estate Professional who wants to stay ahead of the
competition and will ultimately guarantee them more listings
in the future.
Professional Shopping Services
are
available to our clients. Please ask us how we can make
decorating your home with the perfect accessories
effortless.
We
welcome opportunities to collaborate with local builders in
the Charleston area
